Un attimo prima di tramontare dietro l'Etna, la Luna delle Fragole è stata nascosta da una nuvola. Il suo bagliore, parzialmente bloccato, ha continuato a diffondersi nel cielo dando vita a spettacolari raggi crepuscolari lunari, con fasci di luce e oscurità che seguono i contorni della nube. Sollevando lo sguardo, poco sopra brilla il Triangolo Estivo incorniciato da Altair, Deneb e Vega al cui interno si dispiega la Via Lattea.

Just before setting behind Mount Etna, the Strawberry Moon was obscured by a cloud. Its glow, partially blocked, continued to spread across the sky, creating spectacular lunar twilight rays, with bands of light and shadow tracing the contours of the cloud. Looking up, the Summer Triangle shines just above, framed by Altair, Deneb and Vega, with the Milky Way unfolding within it.
