Lunar Halo Over The Maulazzo Lake 2 - Sicily

The clouds completely covered the sky above Lake Maulazzo but this did not prevent us from capturing a wonderful atmospheric and astronomical phenomenon such as the lunar halo. It appears as a large eye above the lake which can be accessed via the path at the bottom left which, surrounded by trees with their red autumn mantle, seems to want to invite us to project ourselves towards infinity. Although I am not completely sure, within the main halo or halo 22 ° a small portion of the halo 9 ° still appears: a small arc just visible on the left.

Le nuvole hanno coperto completamente il cielo sopra il lago Maulazzo ma questo non ha impedito di catturare un meraviglioso fenomeno atmosferico ed astronomico come l'alone lunare. Esso appare come un grande occhio sopra il lago a cui è possibile accedere mediante il sentiero in basso a sinistra che, circondato dagli alberi con il loro manto rosso autunnale, sembra volerci invitare a proiettarci verso l'infinito. Sebbene non ne sia completamente certo, all'interno dell'alone principale o alone 22° sempra comparire una piccola porzione dell'alone 9°: un piccolo arco appena visibile sulla sinistra.
