La notte presso il lago Arancio e il fortino arabo di Mazzallakkar trascorre nel silenzio. Le prime costellazioni, che abbelliranno il cielo invernale, incominciano ad apparire durante le ultime ore della notte. In questo momento, come piccole gemme, brillano sul fortino Marte, Aldebaran e le Pleiadi. Dall'arco di accesso alla struttura si intravede il paese di Sambuca di Sicilia le cui tenui luci sono sovrastate dal bagliore di un incendio. Le stelle sovrastano anche una delle torri angolari la cui struttura è rimasta quasi inalterata.

The night by the Orange lake and the Arab fortress of Mazzallakkar passes in silence. The first constellations, which will embellish the winter sky, begin to appear during the last hours of the night. At this moment, like little gems, Mars, Aldebaran and the Pleiades shine on the fort. From the arch of access to the structure you can glimpse the town of Sambuca di Sicilia whose soft lights are dominated by the glow of a fire. The stars also dominate one of the corner towers whose structure has remained almost unchanged.
