Il Lago Trearie è uno dei luoghi più affascinanti del parco naturale dei Nebrodi. Non è un lago molto conosciuto forse anche a causa della strada particolarmente dissestata che conduce in questameravigliosa valle. Di certo, una volta raggiunta la cime delle colline che circondano l'invaso, la vista è mozzafiato. Ho potuto assistere durante la notte ad un meraviglioso spettacolo di luci nel cielo con protagonista la via lattea e le costellazioni invernali le quali si riflettevano, come tante piccole gemme, sulla superfice placida del lago.

Lake Trearie is one of the most fascinating places in the Nebrodi natural park. It is not a well-known lake, perhaps also due to the particularly bumpy road that leads to this wonderful valley. Certainly, once you reach the top of the hills surrounding the reservoir, the view is breathtaking. During the night I was able to witness a wonderful show of lights in the sky starring the milky way and the winter constellations which were reflected, like many small gems, on the placid surface of the lake.
