Winter Milky Way Setting Over The Slopes Of Mount Etna

La via lattea sta tramontando sulle pendici del Vulcano Etna. L'aria è fredda ma per fortuna non spira vento. Gli alberi sono spogli e sembrano protendersi verso le stelle. La vegetazione è quella tipica che si incontra sulle pendici dell'Etna intorno a 1000 m tra cui spiccano i cespugli di ginestra che, con l'approssimarsi dell'estate, si coloreranno di migliaia di piccolo fiori gialli. Nel frattempo, la mia seconda macchina fotografica sta riprendendo il tramonto della galassia di Andromeda sul cratere di sud est.

The Milky Way is setting on the slopes of the Etna Volcano. The air is cold but luckily there is no wind. The trees are bare and seem to reach out to the stars. The vegetation is the typical one that is encountered on the slopes of Etna around 1000 m among which the broom bushes stand out which, with the approach of summer, will be colored with thousands of small yellow flowers. Meanwhile, my second camera is capturing the Andromeda galaxy sunset over the southeast crater.
