Tempeste e stelle sono gli elementi caratteristici di questa fotografia. Sembrano stare agli antipodi delle manifestazioni della natura: da un lato le stelle placide e distanti, dall'altro i fulmini carichi di energia che cadano poco distanti dal mio punto di osservazione. E mentre le stelle si muovono lente nel cielo e i fulmini cadono come saette dalla luce elettrica, tutto viene avvolto dal profondo rimbobare dei tuoni.

Storms and stars are the defining elements of this photograph. They seem to be polar opposites of nature's manifestations: on the one hand, the placid and distant stars; on the other, the energy-charged lightning bolts striking not far from my vantage point. And while the stars move slowly across the sky and the lightning strikes like electric bolts, everything is enveloped by the deep rumble of thunder.
