Looking towards the sea towards the deepest darkness, Punta Bianca is one of the most evocative places in Sicily. The coastline is interrupted by a rocky outcrop characterized by almost pure white limestone. On it stands a small ruined house which tradition attributes to an ancient customs barracks. The waves of the sea crash on the rocks that just emerge from the water. The silence is broken only by the lapping of the sea and the bubbling of the foam which emerges in the form of a line pointing almost perfectly towards the white marl. There stands the barracks which are photographed here from above the hilly landscape above. Above the sea the stars moves around the south pole.
